Since 1989, we have been providing individualized massage therapy, manual therapy and other integrative therapies with a strong focus on understanding and restoring function, and achieving noticeable, lasting results. By studying and approaching the body as a network of interconnected, co-working structures, we treat clients with a range of chronic pain and injury, from site-specific muscular tension to broader-level dysfunctions such as whiplash, migraines, sciatica, joint immobility, tennis elbow, nerve impingement, and much more.
Our office is handicap-accessible, sensory-friendly and scent-free. Overlooking the Kennebec River in downtown Augusta, Maine, we serve both private pay clients local to the greater Augusta, Hallowell, and surrounding Central Maine communities in Kennebec County. |

Please note: This practice does not offer full-body relaxation treatments, mobile or chair massage, spa-oriented treatments (e.g. hot stones, aromatherapy), couples' sessions, or same-day appointments for new clients including walk-ins. Workers' Compensation referrals are no longer being accepted.

Location & Accessibility

We are located on the basement-level ground floor of the former Central Maine Power building at 9 Green St., Ste. G17, Augusta, ME, 04330. There are two reserved parking spaces with signs for Kennebec Therapeutics on the right side of the building, where you can enter through the accessibility-friendly side door. Our office is the first door on the right (look for the hanging sign!). If you enter through the steps at the front door, you will need to go down a floor and head left.
Our office door is locked during sessions. Building doors close at 4:30pm. Accessibility Concerns: The side entrance is wheelchair-accessible entrance with a ramp. Accessible parking spots are located on the side of the building beside our reserved parking spots, which includes van parking. Accessible bathrooms are located on both the ground and first floors. |

Payment Methods
Payments by cash and/or check are preferred when possible but not required. Additionally, our Square terminal can process most credit and debit card transactions, which may include some HSA cards and mobile wallets such as Apple Pay.
Payment is expected at time of session. We do not accept personal insurance, but are happy to provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement.
Gift certificates are available. As we do not have the resources to handle unscheduled walk-ins, please contact us to arrange a time to perform the gift certificate transaction. Gift certificates do not expire.
