Shiatsu - Japanese acupressure; has been used for many years to treat pain and illness and to maintain health. Application of pressure at specific points stimulates chi, or vital energy.
Myokinesthetic System - A system designed by a chiropractor to normalize muscle reflexes which have been altered by injury. Specific movements are performed while holding pressure points, and tight muscles thereby "re-learn" to relax at the appropriate time during movement, to allow for normal, pain free motions.
Injury Evaluation and Treatment - as taught by The Benjamin Institute. An orthopedically based approach to soft-tissue injuries and treatment with massage.
Chair (Seated) Massage - ideal for shorter and on-site treatments. Uses a special massage chair so you are fully supported in a seated position. Great for mini- stress relief and for office workers. May be done on-site for larger groups.
